As Commissioner of Endowments, he used to visit the Vinayaka Natya Mandali very frequently, in Hanumakonda and was very closely advising. Wherever he visits this theatre, he used to pay a visit and give financial help as and when needed. In Siddipeta (Medak Dist.) also K.V. Ramana Chary, IAS used to see dramas interestingly and was having close friendship. Sri K.V. Ramana Chary, IAS Officer, when he was Commissioner of Endowments, he arranged “SURABHI NATAKOTSAVALU” in A, B grated temples in AP. When he was Executive Officer of TTD, he fecilitated to play “Srinivasa Kalyanam” drama in all 23 districts, sponsoring by TTD to Sri Vinayaka Natya Mandali only. The same traditional system of sponsorship by TTD is still continuing by the Officers I.Y.R.Krishna Rao, IAS and L.V.Subrahmanyam, IAS.		Mr.C.Pardhasaradhi, IAS Officer took effort to highlight the Surabhi Nataka Kala, in publishing a research book on Surabhi. He is also good advisor to Sri Vinayaka Natya Mandali. He is a full support to this organization under his guideness Sri Vinayaka Natya Mandali got many achievements. With the great blessings of Sri C. Parthasarathi, IAS, the Vinayaka Natya Mandali is ever grateful for his kindness and helping a lot in its cultural journey to get success. He is such a kind hearted paid tears after seeing directly the piteous position of management and artists.
